The Golden Age Actor composite: I wonder what actors were chosen? I see (in his face) the compilation of Charlton Heston, Rock Hudson, Marlon Brando (and others, I’m sure)–am I right? Golden Age actress I think there is Lucille Ball, Marilyn Monroe and others probably. Technically Golden Age movie stars would be pre 50s, but these performer faces are from the 50s (or am I wrong?). It’s fascinating how Hollywood (including the latest porn-lady face) have become more exotic (less white, less Anglo) over the years. Sign ‘o the times, or whatever. The porn woman at the end looks like Jlo, sans Jlo’s large-buttocked, arrogant attitude. THAT composite is a definite improvement. Oh yes, I am an American & don’t mean to besmirch U.S. Presidents, but that Presidential composite looks like a disgusting old letch. Just a gross-looking human being with probably stinky bad breath. Is it possible to do a composite of all photographed U.S. Presidents? That might go back to Lincoln on up, but at least there would be more variety. Thanks for letting me share; I love this fascinating website.

The averages don’t seem very accurate based on cross regional profiles or for actual population numbers. My guess is that these are representations rather than actual facts. The pictures are real but the data regarding them is often quite wrong.

Love how the average female celeb looks almost like the average female porn star. Therefore I don’t need to see the average male porn star…
The question is: Why do celebs look like porn-stars? The answer is: Porn stars are failed Hollywood-wannabees.
However, far more interesting would be the average script writer, movie director, banker, metal worker, engineer, bar-man, senator, general, pilot, soldier, aso. Hope you will put such pics on the web. Please?

Oh, wow, I agree. Seeing the average faces of more obscure jobs would be pretty interesting. I imagine it would be a fair bit harder to find images of people known to have particular jobs who aren’t celebrities or famous in another way, but I’m sure it could still be done with a decent sample size for some, which would be neat! (And yes, I know the comment I’m replying to is 2 years old, no worries… But apologies if it bothered the author of said comment…)
